I would like to take the time to thank you properly for the wonderful job you, and your staff, did catering my daughters' wedding reception April 14. Where to begin? With all the twists (pun intended) and turns that day took, I don't know where to start! I'll start with the food. It was great. Everyone loved what you prepared! The quality, taste, appearance and freshness was terrific! The food table was constantly replenished, it looked inviting and beautiful the entire night! Thank you for sending the leftovers home, we are still enjoying them! When we had to move the wedding inside at short notice, your staff was very accommodating with the change. They had to rethink and redo where the food was to be displayed, and did it without a hitch!
About your staff, we were extremely pleased with them! They showed up on time, began working in a quick and quiet manner. They were professional, efficient, and courteous to us and our guests. I also very much appreciate the guidance you gave us with our menu. Having never done this before, I was a "deer in the headlights," and your advise and suggestions were invaluable.
Lastly, I really want to thank you for respecting our budget. Talking with friends' about weddings, I was led to believe it was impossible to stay within budget. We stayed in budget, and I have you to thank for that.
